Temporarily Disable a Language?

Temporarily Disable a Language? was created by Ray
Is it possible to disable a language through Unity or code?
Use case:
I'm localizing into many languages and have set up I2Languages for them all. However, some of them are in-progress, yet I need to push out a build in the meantime, and I don't want those in-progress languages to end up appearing on anyone's device if they happen to have that locale set.
It's easy enough for me to temporarily delete those languages and then undo it after pushing out a build, but I was wondering if there was a cleaner way to do that?
Thanks!
