Hi,
It worked during month but today ... some text are weird, like "4170707579657a2069636920706f7572207375707072696d6572206c6573207075626c69636974c3a973" for "Tap here to remove ads".
I did again and again all the process. I tried to import all the temps from the google spread sheet but .. it doesn't work.
My spreadsheet is ok.
Please see the image attached.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
AB

Hi,
Can you please explaining me a bit more whats happening.
Are you using I2L 2.5.0 or 2.6.0?
Did you reinstalled the WebService lately?
Are you using unity 4 or 5?
Are you getting the corruption when you import from the Spreadsheet for ALL terms or just a few?
I couldn't see the attached image as its shown all white, but if you could send me a copy of the spreadsheet or a CSV file with it, I could try to reproduce your issue on my end
Thanks a lot,
Frank

Hi,
I advice you to upgrade the plugin to version 2.5.0 or 2.6.0 as there has been lot of changes to the WebService and Import/Export functions to fix sync issues and improve performance.
Here are the steps you should follow to upgrade easily ( www.inter-illusion.com/forum/i2-localiza...-asked-questions#837 )
If for some reason you can't upgrade, please, send me a section of the spreadsheet that its giving issues for you so that i could test it and see why the terms get corrupted.
Thanks,
Frank

Hi,
That's really weird as I'm not using any hashing that could change the text into that sequence.
Question: Did you re-installed the WebService when you upgraded to 2.5? If for some reason, it got corrupted, it could be a good idea to delete your webService from google drive and reinstall it.
Even better: I released version 2.6.0 which completely changes how the spreadsheet is downloaded (previously it was using a JSON file, but some text combinations where not detected correctly as the JSON library thought the entry already finished)
The new system removes the JSON dependency and in general is more stable.
If you could upgrade to the latest 2.6.0 and reinstall the webService it could solve the issue.
Nonetheless, I also advise you export your spreadsheet or part of it into a CSV file and email it to me.
I can test it and see if I could reproduce the issue. That way I can help you faster. I could be that there is a weird character breaking the parser.
Thanks,
Frank
