The Language Source is a component inside a prefab or a scene's gameObject, so its a bit tricker to have a dedicated window for it.

Luckly, there is an easy way to keep the Language Source in a window while editing other objects in the inspector.

You can add a new Inspector tab to your Unity's layout, select the Language Source and then lock that tab. That way you will have two inspector tabs open, but one of them will be only showing the Language Source content.
