Terms Editor issue with many (14) languages was created by marcel71

1. I select a term I want to edit
2. I try to scroll to the language I want to edit
3. The whole terms edit box jumps out of the visual area of the Terms Editor before I get to the language I want to edit

Hi,
Thanks for letting me know about this issue!
The optimizations to speed up the rendering of the terms list (it was super slow when having more than 500 terms) was not handling well the case of an expanded term.
I just fixed that and even re-factored the optimization code to make it faster.

This changes are now included in 2.4.5 b1. But I want to further test a few more fixes I included so will be releasing that version tomorrow to the community release page)
