Yes, in the AssetStore current version (2.8.3) the Input Specialization only covered PC vs Touch.
As part of this task ( trello.com/c/slJ2P9aM/3-extend-input-specialization ) I finish a new Specialization system that allows making more variants (VR, PS4, etc), and even add your own variant types.
Here is an image of what it looks like:

This is now in 2.8.4a6 (which can be downloaded from the Beta Folder). I'm planning on sending the final 2.8.4 to the AssetStore in a week or two as soon as more developer test it.
