Hi Frank, I tried several PCs and MAC all the same. I also tried to change character set on import but nothing changes.
I converted your file to CVS and re-imported, it opens right.
I opened your file on notepad++, and saw that where it doesn't break line correctly it have a LF character. An there it really ends the text and change to another line, it has a CR+LF character.
I exported the I2 file in CSV and opened it on notepad++, the file only contain LF character on both case.
Any idea?

hey fabiobp and Frank,
we also have problems exporting CSV data and importing into Excel. It's a known problem importing csv data with cells that contain linefeeds - there are lots of frustrated posts on stack overflow and other sites that complain about it.
In our tests the data that Excel could not load works fine with Google Sheets.
cheers,
// greg
