Missing references on I2L upgrade

Hi,

I want to upgrade the I2L version from 2.4.5f3 to the latest one (2.6.5a2).
The problem is, I loose all my references from all my objects to the Localize component.
I am using Unity 5.3.4f1.

Any help?
