Gender variants workflow

Hey there!

I hope you're doing fine!

I was wondering if you have planned a feature to address gender variants, maybe similar to plurals? Or does that feature already exist and I just missed it?

Or could you perhaps suggest a good workflow when working with gender variants and plurals?
