hi
i have a problem
after updating my app on playstore (I added new words)
the translation has become mixed!
The words of different languages eg Italian and Russian are displayed at the same time!!!
it only happens for updates
it does not happen in new installations
help me

Hi,
I have been trying to reproduce this issue without success.
In the latest few releases there were lots of changes to how the Google Live Synchronization works to fix exactly this (cache getting corrupted/invalid when updating, and all returned to normal as soon as you reinstall/clean the cache).
So, my advice is to update to the latest 2.8.
There shouldn't be much compatibility issues when updating from 2.6 to 2.8, nonetheless, the safest way to do it its to export all your data to google spreadsheet, and delete the old version and install the latest one, and finally, import the data from google.

the problem happens when I add new terms and make a new release on the playstore
who updates the app does not see the new terms (empty strings)
if you remove the app and reinstall it everything works fine
is not there a way to force the file to update when there is a new version?

Hi,
That seem to be a problem with the Google Live Synchronization. Mainly that you have your I2Languages.prefab linked with a google Spreadsheet, and have in the update frequency anything other than NEVER. Then you added new terms, but haven't exported to your spreadsheet.
Then, when you update your app, the game downloads the spreadsheet thinking that its "new" and overrides whatever you set in the editor.
Here are some more details about this and how to solve it:

my file on google is synced (I do it every time I add a new term)
update frequency anything weekly delay 5 sec
now I'm trying to update to the latest version
a question:
to update I remove the I2 folder and the reimport
should I also delete the prefab I2Languages or leave it?
