Nested Menus

Hi,
In the current asset store version (2.1.0) the terms can't have subcategories.
So, they have to be in the form "category/term". If the category is omitted, they are placed into the Default category.

However, in version 2.2, categories can be nested.
That way you can have a term belonging to "category1/subcategory2/.../categoryN" and when selecting the term it will be displayed as nested menus!

I will be releasing the new version in the next days.
