Hi,
Yes, you can move the Spreadsheet into any folder you like. You can even rename it and it will continue working.
Once the spreadsheet is created, the plugin uses the Spreadsheet ID to locate it inside the Google Drive. So you can move it and rename it without a problem.
BTW, if you rename it, the new name has to start with "I2Loc ". That prefix can be changed in the first lines of the WebService, but it's advised so that the plugin only list and be allowed to access those spreadsheet intended to used with the plugin.
