I doing a game on Nintendo Switch and I want to add Localization, but I don't know if I2 Localization works on Nintendo Switch ?

Yes, I2 Localization supports Nintendo Switch.
I haven't been able to test it myself, but there are a few developers that have reported that its working fine in their Nintendo Switch games.
