How to ignore some sheets? was created by JOY
Hi,
I'd like to ignore some sheets (used for noting purpose) in Google Spreadsheets. How to do that with I2?
Thanks,
Anh

Hi,
Any sheet whose name starts with ~ is ignored.
Just name your sheets "~SomeColumn" instead of "SomeColumn"
Hope that helps,
Frank

Both the column and the sheets can be skipped by adding a ~ as its first character.
When columns have $ as their first character, it means that the language that column represents is disabled.
Hope that helps,

Thanks. Last question, should I use Description or "~Description" for the description column?

If its a local CSV file, then it should be "Description" and should be the third column. (Term, Type, Description)
If its a Google Spreadsheet, then it doesn't use a column for the description. Instead, it uses a note in the cell with the Term name.
My advice for setting this up is to import the spreadsheet to unity, set the description and export back. That will setup the notes for you.
