Version 3 Status

I was wondering what the status was of version 3.

I saw posts on the Unity Forum regarding the upcoming version, which dated back to Oct 2015.

Is it still in development?

Is there a roadmap or change list available for what we might expect in that release? It was mentioned that it might support crowd translations and a new UI. I'm looking forward to hearing more of those features.

Is there a beta release I can test?
