Using multiple spreadsheets or tabs in google drive?

Hey I have a pretty large game I'm working on with a large number of items to translate. To better organize it I was wondering, is it possible in the google drive where my spread sheet is to either use multiple spreadsheets or use different tabs within a spreadsheet so I can organize things a little bit.
