Issues with default language

Hi, I just got this a few days ago and got it all set up. However, I've been unable to test the default language being set correctly even when the game is been removed and installed with the phone having a different language than english.

I also have gotten reports from my users that when they update to the latest version, the languages besides english aren't being synced. (I have it set to every other day, but I would expect the languages that came with the build to be present.) I'm not sure how to proceed, could you provide assistance?
