RTL doesn't work in unity 2019.2.2f1

Hi I'm using I2 locolize plugin verson 2.8.12 and trying to use Arabic and Hebrew terms in to the UI Text component from google spread sheet. But RTL doesn't work propertly. It's just invert whole charachters order but do it incorect.
