Hello!

One day all is good, next not so much. So it is with 'net related code. :)

I've followed the documentation for setting up the google script/web-service. But i get the following error in Unity when i go to verify the web service url:

SecurityException: No valid crossdomain policy available to allow access
UnityEngine.WWW.get_text ()
I2.Loc.LocalizationEditor.CheckForConnection () (at Assets/I2/Localization/Editor/Localization/LocalizationEditor_Spreadsheet_Google.cs:403)
UnityEditor.EditorApplication.Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()

And if i put that URL into my browser, i get this result (not sure this is helpful or relevant, just including it incase it is):

I had multiple copies of the web-service in my Drive at one point, and i removed all but one of them, and followed the steps (Publish/Run) to get the URL from that instance of the script.

Any suggestions would be great!

I'm a dummy. I had the project set to "Web Player", which disallows the connection, and causes the errors.

All fixed and working now!

I guess this means that if i'm working on a web-project, you have to update it while in a non-web-build, then change platforms to do the build, as you can't update while in "web player" mode, in the editor.
