Right to Left examples

I am wondering :
I am translating this text to arabic in script :
'Rotation-Type 1'
Its a header, and it's centered, so do not need to align.
BUT :
In google translate the number appears on the left when translated to arabic :
نوع الدوران 1 <-- exactly like so.
In the language source in the editor the number appears on the right instead !
Also in the game the header is displayed with the number on the right.
It even looks like the letters are all switched too,
like the above sentence displayed as :
.oot dehctiws lla srettel ekil skool neve tI

This would be pretty hard to read
I'm a bit confused now if the arabic is displayed correct or not
