SetParameterValue not recognized

I believe there might be an issue with the method SetParameterValue which is no longer recognised. It looks like the method is a public method in the LocalizationParamsManager class but not in the ILocalizationParamsManager interface. Which means that if you access for instand LocalizationManager.ParamsManager[0] you won't be able to access the SetParameterValue where this was possible previously. Unless you type cast it.
